We want Steady Neighbor to be easy for everyone to use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we've built in

  • Large, clear text in Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface designed by the Braille Institute for readers with low vision.
  • Text size buttons at the top of every page. Your choice is remembered on this device.
  • Strong color contrast, underlined links and large buttons.
  • Works with your browser's zoom (hold Ctrl and press +, or Command and + on a Mac).
  • Full keyboard navigation with a clearly visible focus outline.
  • Follows your device's dark mode setting.
  • Guides print cleanly, without menus or ads.
